The Rolex 16713 AKA "Root beer" worn by Clint Eastwood in "Dirty Harry" & "In the Line of Fire" is an iconic two tone GMT watch with a timeless look. Prices range from ~$12 to 20k for a used, decades old watch that more than likely has seen many previous owners.
For a fraction of the cost of the real piece, on offer is this brand new homage made with sturdy and reliable aftermarket & Seiko parts. Most notably this watch utilizes the brand new Seiko NH34 which has a REAL GMT function. 
(Unlike many watches with a fancy seconds hand and a 24hr bezel marketed as GMTs, this is a real 4 handed GMT that has the ability to track a second time zone.)
